To start a support case, send your email to support explaining the issue in detail, with specific workflow steps that are not working for you.
Standard support is available, 8x5, at no charge. We ask that you allow us 24 hours for us to respond to each email sent.

Application Support
To obtain application support, such as issues with Moonrug Mobile, please send a detailed email message with any exceptions or error text.
Library Support
In order to get issues with the library resolved as quickly as possible, we require that any code-related support request be accompanied with a JUnit test case. We need this to make sure your specific issue is being addressed, with no dependencies on other projects or libraries.
We have our own internal testing framework that we will add your test case, to make sure that all fixes are forward-carried.
